We are a team of engineers, designers, and active listeners—committed to unconventional thinking, passionate about specialty coffee, and dedicated to responsible business. Since 2008, we have been consistently researching and artisanaly crafting premium espresso machines in our own workshop in China.
No intermediaries
Traditionally, the coffee machine industry is built around a highly specialized division of labor. Manufacturing, research and development, design, sales, and maintenance are often handled by separate parties, each competent in its own field, yet fragmented in practice.
At Enmessi, we chose a different approach. We bring these capabilities together within a single, tightly connected team. Product development and assembly move forward side by side, and our retail team stays closely involved in the everyday work of the workshop. This way, each product is shaped within a continuous feedback loop from design and use to maintenance and long-term care.
This structure is not about chasing scale or efficiency on paper. It is about keeping decisions grounded in real world use. By staying close to how our machines are actually used and maintained, we are able to design products that genuinely respond to users’ needs, while ensuring that servicing and repair are considered clearly and thoughtfully from the very beginning.

Initially, we aimed to address a very specific problem: it was difficult to find coffee equipment in the market that could be fully assembled in one go and truly compatible with each other. After repeated unsuccessful attempts, we decided to take matters into our own hands and integrate fragmented needs into a complete solution. That decision gradually evolved into a project, and the project eventually grew into the company we are today. Even now, the core direction of our products remains under the direct guidance of the founding team—from structure and components to real-world user experience. We do not pursue rapid expansion; instead, we choose to advance at a relatively deliberate and controllable pace. For us, doing something right and doing it thoroughly matters far more than doing it quickly.
